Cutting performance and first class rigidity. The dominating heart of the mobile gantry C system is the large dimensioned machine carrier, which ensures a high degree of accuracy over the entire length of the machine.
The C-construction allows optimal accessibility to the machine table and to the clamping devices as well as a good chip disposal downwards in the chip trolley provided. The table consoles can be adjusted manually or, if desired, CNC-positioned and allow flexible division. The table design can also be used as a single table or a change table version. Alternating operation with 2-station operation minimizes non-productive times for loading and unloading the workpieces.
