P 400 / P 600 /
CNC machining center with 5-axis technology

PE 90

High-speed processing of wood-based materials

Possible applications

Solid wood processing
Modern woodworking is characterized by high cutting performance coupled with high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality. MAKA meets these requirements to the highest degree with specially developed woodworking centers.

Door processing
The compact machines carry out all machining operations on a door leaf: Cutting to size, rebate milling, round arch milling, light cut-out
milling, routing cassettes or ornaments and inserting locks and hinges.

Staircase processing
The complete processing of saddled stair stringers with undercut in one
The complete machining of saddled stair stringers with undercutting in a single clamping operation, complete curvature production with handrail profile and staked drilling, milling of the handrail profile together with stringer machining and precise staked drilling in a single stroke are just some of the advantages of MAKA solutions.

The latest technology
High-tech for efficiency and the environment
¬ The PE 90 stationary CNC machining center was developed for universal use in woodworking and the different requirements in the processing of stairs, doors and long workpieces
¬ The machine is equipped with gantry drives in the X-axis and a unit bridge/double guide system in the Y-axis, which gives the 5-axis unit particular unit and guarantees high milling quality even with large solid wood machining.
¬ The equipment/configuration is customized. Practical components such as  components such as table versions, processing units, tool magazines, control systems and industry packages for e.g. staircase and door processing are available
¬ The moving gantry machine, equipped with proven mechanical and electronic components and focuses on the targeted use of 5-axis technology, can be optimally designed for use as required
¬ The machine table can also be used in pendulum mode. This minimizes non-productive times for loading and unloading workpieces

Green technology:
¬ Low energy consumption thanks to innovative electronic systems such as frequency-controlled vacuum pump and MAKA energy-saving concepts
¬ MAKA has been awarded the environmental prize of the Federal Association  of German Industry (BDI)
