M400 / M 600
CNC machining center with 5-axis technology

MM 7 / MM 7t

High-speed processing of wood-based materials, aluminum, plastic and composites

Possible applications:

The MM7 gantry machine is a machine for high processing requirements and is used by manufacturers in the wood, plastic/composite and aluminum/light metal processing sectors.
This fully-fledged 5-axis machining center, also available as a tandem table version, is based on a proven concept. The rigid design of this floor-standing gantry machine in combination with a high-performance unit enables first-class milling results with high driving dynamics - also in terms of repeat accuracy.
The extending table is easily accessible and easy for the operator to load, clean and maintain. Covered guides protect against flying chips. The processing of a wide variety of materials is supported by the latest technologies.
These include tool magazines with up to 51 places, state-of-the-art extraction systems and optimum encapsulation of the machining area, as well as blowing and cooling nozzles, to prevent excessive heat build-up on the unit. The alternating operation of the tandem table version minimizes non-productive times for loading and unloading the workpieces. Both tables can also be coupled for processing large components. Parallel 5-axis machining is possible when equipped with 2 units.
